Returns Policy

Should a customer wish to exchange or return any goods purchased within 30 days, we will gladly exchange the goods or, refund the goods by reversing the transaction in the same original payment method.

A receipt or gift receipt must be presented for a REFUND and also provided that:

The goods must be unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached.
 

The items returned must be in original condition as new. The goods are in a saleable condition.
 

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears, cosmetics or used or unsealed fragrances may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift vouchers will not be refunded.

No customer can return goods AFTER 30 days and no exchanges or returns will be considered.
 

No pickups or collections will be done by Beautiful Amazing Yourself. Any returns cost or courier charges occurred or quoted by courier company are for the account of the client or person sending items for return to the company.

Return of any goods purchased online may be returned to us, at the courier or transport cost of the client or person sending items back to us.

For customers who received goods as a gift and they wish to exchange these goods for other goods, may do so provided that they provide us with the original invoice number and date of purchase to verify the original sale. And return these items to us at their own cost.

We may repair or exchange defective merchandise provided proof of purchase is produced.
 

In the event that electronic or watch items are defective within the first 6 months of purchase, subject to inspection we may repair, exchange or refund the defective merchandise.

If upon inspection it is found that the items are not defective the customer will not be entitled to a refund, repair or an exchange.
 

You may be liable for the direct costs incurred. The cost of returning non defective items to the customer will be for the account of the customer.

Beautiful Amazing Yourself product(s) are "Hand Made", and we manufacture products that do carry a limited guarantee or warranty. T's and Cs apply.
 

 

Any special request or purpose made orders or items cannot be cancelled or returned.
